About
Barnacle Bay is definitely one of the worst worlds in The Sims 3. It's basically Sunset Valley for $20. Not only that, it also doesn't deliver on its promise — a pirate-themed island. So, I decided to revamp this world using the items included in the bundle, without requiring any expansions or stuff packs!
World
The world is architecturally inspired by the Golden Age of Piracy (period between 1650s and 1730s). It contains 39 residential lots, 45 community lots and 14 empty lots. Compared to the original world, all the lots has been modified, a pier was added, some streets was redesigned, the vegetation was modified, practically everything was recolored, and a volcano was added (to give the island more personality).

Population: Populated.
CC: It contains all items included in the Barnacle Bay bundle (if you don't have it, I provided an option below). No extra CC.
Required expansions: None.

OPTION 1: If You Already Own The Barnacle Bay Bundle (the original one purchased from the Store/EA App):
The rar file has a folder called “Barnacle Bay Decor” (contains BB world decorations, like walls and bridges), which should be placed in the game's Packages folder (Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages), and a .sims3pack file, called "New Barnacle Bay.Sims3Pack", which is the world itself, and should be placed in the game's Downloads folder (Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Downloads) and be downloaded via launcher. 🚨You need to put both the .sims3pack file and the packages folder into your game. 🚨

The rar file contains a folder and two sims3pack files. The folder, called "Barnacle Bay Decor", contains BB world decorations, and should be placed in the game's Packages folder (Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages). The two sims3pack files should be placed in the game's Downloads folder (Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Downloads) and be downloaded via launcher. Additional Information
• THIS IS NOT AN OVERRIDE. It won't override the original Barnacle Bay; it's a new world called New Barnacle Bay.
• The world has custom sky color and light parameters.
• Some world objects are recolored, so I recommend closing the game and reopening it if you want to play this world after having played another world in the same session. This is because colors may appear incorrectly in this world.
• Nina and Dina Caliente are not present in this world. It doesn't make sense to me that they're in Barnacle Bay (??) and for me, the fact that EA added them was more of a marketing ploy than an addition to the game's lore.
